Being an introverted kid growing up, I struggled with the idea of networking, because of the crippling fear of talking to people. However, through the years, I have trained myself out of this, and have seen that my greatest clients have come from referrals from my network and connections.
I’m eternally grateful to my Jiu-Jitsu instructor and business associates who showed me how to break the chains of introversion. You could train yourself out of that lie.
Although I run a digital marketing company, I still believe that the greatest way to grow your business is through networking in person and making personal connections.
